We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your product for store credit, equivalent to the product purchase price. This credit can be applied to future purchases.

Restocking fees may apply.

All floor models, clearance merchandise, commercial upholstery, COM (customer’s own material) upholstery and art work are final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned, canceled, or exchanged.

Manufacturing Defects

At DesignRepublic, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety, and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. Please note that sizes are approximate. Variation in wood colour and grain is part of the appeal of wood products, and are not considered defects. Wood and other materials frequently contain knots, cracks, and tool marks are not considered defects and rather enhance the uniqueness of each piece.

Shipping Damages

While we attempt to only work with top quality delivery firms, shipping damages can occur. Due to the tight timelines we have in reporting these damages, it’s essential that you report any shipping damage to us within 48 hours of receipt of your goods.

What do I need to return or exchange an item?

You will need the original receipt or order confirmation email. Products must be returned in their original condition and with all packaging, when possible.

We offer store credits on the amount paid, excluding delivery and restocking fees. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

What is a restocking fee?

For made to order and custom furniture orders a 25% restocking fee will be applied if exchanged or returned. This amount will be deducted from your store credit or exchange.

What is store credit?

Store credit is funds connected to your customer account that can be applied to a purchase. These funds cannot be transferred to another customer account, and they cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. There is no expiration date on store credit.
