Job Title: Delivery Driver

Pay: $20 an hour

Job Type: Full Time

Shift Schedule: 5 days/ week, 8 hours/ day including Saturday

Job Description:

DesignRepublic is a furniture company specializing in custom furniture and we are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Warehouse Team as a Delivery Driver. This position will require loading/unloading product into the delivery truck, supplier runs and delivery to clients homes; assembling clients' furniture in their homes and removing packaging. There will also be some warehouse work for pre-assembling furniture, picking and packing orders.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma/educational equivalent

• Valid G driver’s license

• 5 year driving record required with submission

• Able to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and fulfill all physical requirements of the job

• Proficient reading, writing, and numeracy skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience preferred
